The purchaser shall give his name and place of abode and pay the full purchase money for each lot or lots (at the fall of a hammer if required) in default of which the lot or lots so purchased may immediately be put up again and resold the purchaser in the first instance being liable for any loss on such resale. No person shall advance a less sum at each bidding than shall be mentioned by the Auctioneers at the time of sale, nor be allowed to retract a bidding. The Auctioneers will not hold themselves responsible for any reserve price given verbally, nor for the price realised of any lot or lots sold without reserve. Any such price must be in the Auctioneers hands in writing not later than one hour before the sale commences. The right is reserved to the vendor to bid by himself or his agent or to fix a reserve price. Should any dispute arise between two or more approved bidders, or between the Auctioneers and any approved bidder, the lot or lots in dispute shall be offered again or not at the discretion of the Auctioneers and their decision shall be final. The highest bidder for any lot shall be the purchaser subject to a reserve price (if any) being reached, and the Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse the bid of any person without giving reason therefore.
